KNH Virgin and Raw Extensions:

• All virgin extensions orders will be processed and shipped out within 7-10 business days.  
• All raw extension orders will be processed and shipped out within 7-14 business days. 
• NO REFUNDS ON EXTENSIONS; NO EXCHANGES 

 

KNH Custom Wigs:

• There is ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on custom wig orders.
• There will be a 25% cancelation fee on all orders canceled after 24hr period.
• If you are unsatisfied with your custom unit, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking.
• unit construction and return shipment time averages 14-21 business days but can vary or possibly be extended a few days depending on the volume of luxury unit orders in progress, or unforeseen issues with your hair contents (i.e. your hair requires extensive deep conditioning, insufficient amount of hair, last minute additional custom option requests or any requested custom options that are more time consuming than average.)

 

KnH Ready to Ship Wigs:

• Ready to Ship Units will ship immediately after your payment is processed.  Please expect 5-7 business days for delivery.
• Ready to Ship units will come unstyled and can be customized to you liking by your desired professional stylist.
